Revenue and Profit information submitted via “Sell My Website” submission form, and information submitted under “How can we help you optimize your portfolio?” via the “Portfolio Optimization” submission form will not be used for any purpose other than to provide those service of evaluating your business or portfolio optimization. Other than for the purposes stated above, Company will not disclose such information except: (i) if required by law, regulation or legal or regulatory process, or (ii) with your approval. Information generally known or made available, by or for you, to the public are not subject to the restrictions above in this paragraph.
